Yes. Individual personalization inside a larger business order is one of MossiRok’s strongest capabilities.
Will I approve the design before production begins?
Yes. Commercial orders receive a digital proof showing placement, spelling, and overall layout. Production begins only after the proof and order details are approved.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MossiRok is intentionally small-batch friendly. Minimums vary by product, but we can support focused team orders as well as larger runs. Share your quantity and we will recommend the best option.
How long do commercial orders take?
Timing depends on quantity, product availability, personalization, and shipping distance. Your quote will include a realistic production window tied to your requested delivery date.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector artwork such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF is ideal, but a high-resolution PNG can also work. If the artwork needs cleanup for engraving, we will identify that during proofing.
